ZhongGu Mycelium(中谷君创): With a manufacturing facility in Inner Mongolia, Zhong Gu uses solid state fermentation to produce mycelium for a variety of food applications. They’ve recently released their own product which is infusing flour with mycelium, thus increasing the protein and nutritional value of flour for use in traditional dumpling and buns.

Wenqi Shan Founder

Wenqi Shan, graduated in Computer Science and Technology from China Agricultural University. Fully founded the DEARDEER children’s clothing brand and serves as Deputy General Manager of Wumei Group, responsible for brand operations.
