Ximing Zhang Founder

Ximing Zhang, Founder and CEO of MicroFuture Food, a researcher at the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science at Zhejiang University, Ph.D. supervisor, and Deputy Director of the Institute of Agricultural Bio-Environmental Engineering. Selected for Zhejiang University’s “Hundred Talents Program.”

Has led more than ten national and provincial-level research projects, including sub-projects under the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Published over 50 research papers and filed two U.S. patents and more than ten Chinese patents.

His research achievements have been applied in industrial settings through technological collaborations, attracting attention from multiple enterprises in Mainland China and Hong Kong. In 2022, he was invited to Israel to attend a conference organized by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Israeli Ministry of Health, where he delivered a keynote presentation. In 2023, he secured fourth place in the advanced industry category of the Hangzhou Maker Competition.
