DAI Jianwu Founder

Mr. DAI Jianwu is a Professor and Director of the Center for Regenerative Medicine at the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also an Associate Director of the State Key Laboratory of Molecular Developmental Biology. His research interests include stem cells and regenerative medicine. He has a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from Duke University Medical Center and has completed his postdoctoral studies in animal genetics and stem cell biology from Harvard Medical School. He has been a Principal Investigator at the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology since 2003. He is a member of several professional societies, including the Chinese Society for Stem Cell Research and the Regenerative Medicine Translational Research Branch of Genetics Society of China. He has won several awards and honors, including the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and the Hundred Talents Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
